PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE LIMEBUX REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
1.The LimeBux Loyalty Program is offered at the sole discretion of Blue Water Safaris Ltd. and is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual.
2.This program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our tours.
You can earn points and reach Program loyalty tiers by making eligible purchases or taking certain other program actions.
3.No purchase is necessary to join this loyalty program.
4.All electronic — your gift certificates come in electronic form with a unique id – when booking online you can apply them directly or when booking by phone you may WhatsApp the number to us.
5.Interested individuals may enroll in the LimeBux loyalty program by emailing or texting us the following: name (first and last), phone number, email, and birthday.
6.Only one membership account may be associated with a single member and a single email address.
7.LimeBux never expire; if it takes you a year to rack up enough points to earn a gift certificate so be it; we will be here for you.
8.LimeBux points are earned ONLY by the person who pays the check. We are happy to forward payment links to everyone in your group so they can all earn.
9.Points are awarded after the activity to persons who are registered members checked in for the trip and signed (electronically or otherwise) their waiver.
10.Once you reach a certain loyalty tier and earn a certain number of points, you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that tier. Eligible purchases and other opportunities to earn points will be posted on the site or may be published through other media (e.g., in office, in marketing communications, social media, etc.).
11.For your purchase to qualify for the Program, you must be enrolled in the Program and provide your LimeBux member identification (that is, the email address you registered under the Program).
12.As a member, you earn LimeBux that determine your tier levels and tier benefits. To redeem offers and rewards, you must have accumulated the minimum number of points as established by us for a particular benefit.
13.Tier Benefits: Certain benefits are based on tier achieved and you are eligible for these benefits while you are in that tier regardless of the number of points you currently have.

14.LimeBux reward points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Points are personal and non-transferrable. Points are surrendered for redemption ONLY.The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards, benefits, or points offered through the program, other than by us, is
expressly prohibited.
15.By enrolling in the Program, you will automatically receive program-related emails, including LimeBux marketing emails and information about your LimeBux Loyalty account, rewards, and exclusive benefits.
16.Blue Water Safaris reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to alter, limit, modify or add to the LimeBux Loyalty rules, regulations, terms ,and conditions, including but not limited to changes in points, rewards and reward levels, without prior notice and at any time.
17.Employees of Blue Water Safaris are not eligible to participate in the LimeBux Loyalty Points program.
18.Must book directly with us online phone or in-person to collect – bookings through GYG TripAdvisor etc. do not qualify.
19.Must be 18 years or older to participate.
20.Blue Water Safaris respects the privacy of all of its members. All personal information collected will be used to collect points in the member’s account and to contact our members to advise of special discounts available for various promotions.
21.Blue Water Safaris will not collect, use, or disclose personal information about a member without receiving prior consent.
22.By enrolling in the program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The rules of LimeBux loyalty rewards as well as the various specials and discounts point values and pricing are subject to change without notice.
